Really great local place for Chicken. It's fresh and the owner's a good soul. Always nice to support new places in town.

AMAZING FOOD!! Best quality chicken, you can really taste the freshness in everything. Very kind staff and I was greeted from the moment I walked in. The owner was very nice I and had a lovely time talking to him while I was waiting for my food to come out. Delicious fries and l loved the corn muffin. Overall my meal and experience was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back again with my family!

We stopped by on a whim after lunch plans fell through. Glad we did. Outstanding food, clean homely vibe, and my wife loved that painting of the chicken on the wall. Also nice to support a great small local business in the Islip's community. Napkins required! We'll be back.

Whenever I come to NY, I have to stop by Buttermilk’s Chicken for my Kickin’ Chicken fix. Absolutely amazing…love the spice. And the onion rings and cornbread are out of this world! The staff is great too! Highly recommend!
